Safety
How Voxta Hub keeps what it hosts lawful and correctly rated, what you can control yourself, and where to go when something is wrong.
Nothing is listed on Voxta Hub until a moderator has approved it, and nothing past PG-13 is accepted. Sexual or romantic content involving minors is never allowed, and apparent child sexual abuse material is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children.
What is never allowed
Some content is refused at every rating. The community guidelines list it in full, including:
- Characters under 18, or presented as under 18, in any story or rating
- Sexualized depictions of real people, and intimate images shared without consent
- Hate, harassment, and targeted abuse
- Dangerous real-world content, scams, and malware
How content is checked
- Every upload is reviewed by a moderator before it is listed. Nothing goes live on its own.
- Automated checks read the text and images of each upload. Text flagged as sexual content involving minors is refused before it reaches a moderator.
- Images are also checked against known child sexual abuse material with Microsoft's PhotoDNA and Cloudflare's scanning tool. A match is blocked and reported.
- Moderators check the rating a creator chose and change it when it is wrong, so what you see matches the rating you allowed.
- Accounts that break the rules can be restricted, suspended, or closed, and their content removed.
Age and ratings
- Voxta Hub shows PG content to everyone.
- PG-13 is shown only to signed-in accounts that confirmed they are 18 or over and chose to see it.
- Nothing past PG-13 is accepted or shown here.
What you control
Choose the highest rating you want to see under content rating in your account. You can lower it at any time, and it applies wherever you browse the hub with that account.
Reporting
Every character, scenario, and creator profile has a Report button. Reports are read by moderators, and reports of an underage character or an intimate image of a real person go to the top of the queue.
To ask for something to be removed without an account, such as an intimate image of you or your copyrighted work, send a takedown request. Intimate images are removed within 48 hours of a valid request.
If we got it wrong
A listing that is sent back comes with the reason, and can be resubmitted once it is fixed. If you think a removal, a rating change, or an action on your account was a mistake, write to info@voxta.ai with the link and what happened, and the team will look at it again.
